Focused Solutions Services, Inc. is a Certified Minority Woman-Owned multi-faceted consulting firm offering an array of services to empower our clients to reach their financial goals and learn how to handle their finances responsibly. We work one-on-one with our clients to save money, create a budget, pay off debt or just improve their personal finances in general. We also cater to small businesses to provide various administrative and operational support they need to not only strive but to THRIVE. Some of the services offered are business formation, building business credit, Legal services, proposal and contract preparation,  billing and accounts receivables. 

Deneise Taylor McKesey, Founder and CEO,  leverages over fifteen years of experience in Retail and Investment Banking as well as ten years as a Mortgage Underwriter. She graduated Summa Cum Laude at Iona College where she received her Bachelors of Business Administration and MBA with a concentration in Financial Management. Deneise has successfully helped her clients navigate down the road of entrepreneurship. From Personal Finance Education, Entrepreneurship, Business Formation, Legal and Tax Compliance, Payroll and Bookkeeping, Business Banking and Credit as well as assisting in Accounts Receivable Management, she is here to hold your hand. Her network of expert partners offering credit improvement, accounting, tax services, marketing and even office design and construction helps to make her business a one-stop-shop for all her clients needs. 

Deneise is also a Certified Financial Education Instructor who provides financial literacy workshops, keynote speaking, and personal finance & credit coaching. She also serves groups that are seeking to build financial education programming that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of participants. Her passion is to not only help, but also empower youth and adults gain the skills they need to be self-sufficient and feel more secure with their personal finances. 

She believes that financial education is an essential aspect everyone should possess and even more important in today’s fast-paced economy. ​ Beyond mentoring and coaching, Deneise emphasizes building resilience among her clients which, in turn, allows them the ability to enjoy the benefits of achieving their financial goals. Deneise is a savvy business woman and her catalogue of business ventures continues to grow. She is a co-founder, of OSG Enterprises LLC, as well as the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, The Off School Grounds Coalition, Inc. “OSG”.  As the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board Member of “OSG”, Deneise’s mission is to help educate all on the importance of credit, investing and money management through financial literacy concepts.
